RIDGELINE HIGH SCHOOL DOUBLES REGISTRATION REVENUE WITH RMA
CHALLENGE
Ridgeline High School, part of the Utah’s Cache County School District, struggled with various productivity and efficiency challenges. Coaches were spending countless hours managing registration paperwork and communicating with parents about payment status, preventing them from spending ample time with their student athletes. With the school’s main administrative office managing the payment and registration process, there was a lack of transparency. Coaches and athletic administration did not know the status of athlete payment and also the available funds each team had to spend.
SOLUTION
Ridgeline High School implemented Register My Athlete (RMA), across all sports teams and school activities. In doing so, coaches and activity leaders became far more self-sufficient and productive.
By implementing RMA best practices, Ridgeline doubled the rate of online payments and now annually processes 97% of payments online. This led to a 116% increase in overall payments from $100,000 to $216,000. The payment per athlete also increased from 70% to $160 per athlete.
